It seems like the year has gone by so fast. We are now preparing for our annual origin trip back to Central America. This year we will be spending more time in the Quiche region of Guatemala but we are blessed to be sourcing for the first time in El Salvador. On a personal note...every trip we take is a step closer to fulling our dream of having all our coffee sourcing directly. Aside from being able to offer the best coffees possible, we are also doing our part to not only provide a socially responsible coffee but also a sustainable product. We need to give farmers a reason to keep growing great coffee by paying them a fair price. If not, they will just grow something else. Food for thought.
